Payment & Sales & Return Policy

  • Exchange rules specific to DECATHLON CUSTOM

    The DECATHLON CUSTOM team advises all our customers to chose their customization details (colours, logos, fonts, and player details) carefully, and to retain a copy of your final e-design (confirmed shirt or shirt) for future reference.


    Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards.


    The customized products are created specifically for each order; consequently, DECATHLON CUSTOM is unable to accept returns, provide refunds or exchange items that have undergone customization, unless it's been determined that the goods are faulty or that we incorrectly customized your item's contrary to your instructions and the confirmation e-design. If you believe that there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email within 2 business days (48hours) from the time the goods are received at the nominated delivery place (ATA noted on the air way bill of your parcel) for your order to be examined by our Product & Quality team. Please be prepared to provide us with the packing slip and your order details.


    If you are unsure whether this applies to the product you are interested in or you have purchased, please contact our customer service department at kipstaclub@decathlon.com and they will be able to inform you if it is applicable.

  • Returns Process

    Please contact our customer service either via email (kipstaclub@decathlon.com) or via the online livechat service on our website (www.kipstaclub.cn) with your order number handy, which can be found in the top left hand section of the invoice. Indicate a reason for your return and your preferred remedy of a return and exchange.

  • Price & delivery fee rules

    Customized items (and their components), its prices, delivery fees and any other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.


    All prices within www.kipstaclub.cn are strictly online prices only, and Kipsta Club China will not price match with any other stores or place of sales.

  • Colour choices

    Please note that the colors displayed on www.kipstaclub.cn are ONLY representations of our color offering and might not be exactly the same from the screen of your computer/laptop and on your customized kits. Note that different fabrics will take the ink differently and colors do not always match 100%.


    DECATHLON CUSTOM will not be responsible for the color variance between chart and fabric.

  • Can I make a modification to my order once I have confirmed it?

    DECATHLON CUSTOM customized kits are made to order. The kits cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered in production. In the case that you need to add to the order after submitting, a new order is required.

  • Why is a full payment required at the time of the order?

    Custom sublimated orders are made specific to the team. Payment is required upon ordering because once the production process begins, we cannot cancel an order. Custom orders are not able to be returned to stock because they are one of a kind and not eligible to be resold either.
